Amaya, Trina, Zellee Lou and Diane

Look who was back in town this past week..sweet Amaya and her gorgeous mom Trina!!  It is always an adventure when these two come to town.  I’m so thankful that I met them last November when they lived in a Habitat for Hope apartment.   We bonded quickly since their family was from Ohio and my family lived there for 12 years.  And also, they had a six-week old baby girl, Aria, that NEEDED me to hold her every time we hung out.  Okay, I admit it I’m baby crazy and it was great to get my baby fix!!

They are back home in Columbus now, but come back every few weeks for scans.  I love every moment we are able to spend together.  This visit we stopped by to visit with our friend Becky and her beautiful baby girl.  Thanks Becky for capturing these images of our time together and for opening your heart and your home.

Please pray for Amaya and her family as they continue to battle valiantly.  Amaya is excited to start school this week. . Please pray that the Joy of the Lord would continue to be their strength!!!
