Andy and Ginny

In October of 2006, Andy came to Memphis and stayed at the HFH House while renovating the downstairs kitchen. During that time, he began to feel a calling toward the work of Habitat for Hope. After several trips to Memphis to help with short-term projects, Andy began to talk about moving to Memphis to work with HFH full-time. During one of his visits, he met Ginny Hill, a nurse at a local cancer hospital. They quickly fell in love. Andy moved to Memphis in January 2008 and married Ginny in April 2008.  They welcomed their son AJ in January of 2010.

Andy is facilities director, working hand in hand with volunteer groups and helpers that come to Memphis to support the care of the HFH Property.  A licensed contractor, Andy will head the construction phase of the Barn Raising Project. He is also active with us as a worship leader and in the area of family care – hosting overflow families regularly in their home.  Ginny is always available to help at the HFH House and with needs as they arise.

You can follow Andy on Twitter, and to support the Grosses in their work with HFH, visit their NMSI support page.
